Refund & Cancellation PolicyExperiences and Workshop Policy.
Because we are a small, community-based operation with fixed costs for venue hire and professional art materials, we have a clear policy to ensure the sustainability of our workshops.
1. All Sales are Final
All bookings for the "Mark Making" Taster and the 5-Week Pilot Series are non-refundable. Once a spot is purchased, it is reserved exclusively for you.
2. Ticket Transfers (The "Send a Friend" Rule) While we don't offer refunds, we are happy for you to transfer your spot to someone else.
The Process: If you cannot attend, you may gift or sell your ticket to a friend. Please email us at info@kimmajkut.com at least 24 hours before the session with the new attendee’s name and email address so we can welcome them properly.
3. Waiting List Courtesy If you cannot attend and cannot find a replacement, please notify us as soon as possible. If we have a waiting list, we will attempt to "re-sell" your spot. If, and only if, we successfully fill your space, we will provide you with a credit for a future session.
4. Cancellations by Us If we are forced to cancel a session due to illness, weather, or venue issues, you will be offered the choice of a full refund for that session or a rescheduled date.
