Agreement of Participation

By booking a session with Mark Making: Movement & Drawing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Physical Participation & Safety This workshop involves gentle dance-based movement and drawing. While we prioritise a safe and low-pressure environment, you are responsible for listening to your body and working within your own physical limits. By attending, you waive Kim [Last Name] and Georgie [Last Name] of liability for any personal injury sustained during the session.

2. Art Materials We provide professional-grade materials (charcoal, inks, etc.). While we use high-quality products, some may stain clothing. We recommend wearing "studio-friendly" clothes and layers. We are not responsible for damage to personal items or clothing.

3. Respectful Environment We maintain a "zero-judgment" space. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is disrespectful to the facilitators or other community members.

4. Photography & Privacy We love capturing the "marks" made during our sessions to share with our community. We will always ask for verbal consent before taking photos or videos where faces are identifiable. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session.

5. Data Privacy Your contact information is used solely for class communication and, if you opted in, our occasional newsletter. We never share your data with third parties.
